U.F.U.K (Memobay) which is a major construction/development company in Turkey, does construction in a number of eastern European countries and middle east has started to take up projects in New York. Memobay was represented by Vlad Porter and Ekrem Cilo of VB Porter & Company. The Firm took 1,962 sf on the 15th floor at 55 Broad Street for 7 years. The asking rent was $45 psf.
