Brokerage Technology firm relocates on Broadway

Global Brokerage Corp. took a partial 10th floor at 50 Broadway for a 5 year lease after subleasing a space at 120 Broadway for the past 12 years. The premise is 1,820 sf and includes furniture and a phone system. Global Broekrage was represented by VB Porter & Company and 50 Broadway was prepresented by Colliers ABR. The asking rents at 50 Broadway are $40 psf.
