A new fancy Italian Restaurant is geared to open before the end of 2008 in the FlatIron District. The restaurant will feature a delightful menu and a beautiful decor. The owners where represented by Vlad porter of VB porter & Company and the landlord was represented by RKF brokers. The premises is located on 18th Street and is just under 5,000 square feet. The space was delivered in raw condition. The tenant will be building out the restaurant from top to bottom with a new designed kitchen and skylighted private seating area.
