Restaurant Sale in West Village

Caffe Torino resturant located at 139 West 10th Street, New York was sold to AJD- NYC Inc. The buyer was represented by VB Porter & Company and Picken Real Estate represented the seller. The asking price was $750,000. The deal included the 2 floors of the restaurant with its rear out door seating and the two floors above (residential space). The new Restaurant will be reconstructed and is due to open by the end of 2007.
