GLOBAL EXPANSION

Wednesday, April 25, 2007 - Global Advertising Strategies has just expanded at 55 Broad Street from 10,105 sf, which they leased last summer comprising the full 19th floor, to another 6,846 sf on part of the 17th floor. The asking price was $35 psf and they received a “great” concession package.
Vlad Porter of VB Porter & Company represented the tenant in both deals while Gene Baumstein represented building owners, Rudin Management. Global is an international media company that is rapidly growing.
