EMPIRE EXPORTS DEAL

Wednesday, March 28, 2007 - Milagros Imports moved its showroom space to a beautiful full penthouse floor of 2,200 sf for 12 years at 358 Fifth Avenue. The asking price was $40 psf and the space includes a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. Milagros slipped across the street from its former digs of approximately 2,500 sf on the 22nd floor of the Empire State Building.
Vlad Porter of VB Porter represented Milagros Imports and Randy Pear of CBRE represented the building owners. The property is home to many showrooms. Milagros is a wholesale company that imports socks and slippers from Asia to major US retailers.
