Law Firm Leaves Brooklyn

The law firm of Grinberg & Segal relocated from their class C office building in Brooklyn to take 2,200 sf office space for 10 years at a 111 Broadway, in downtown Manhattan. 111 Broadway is a class A office building with asking rents of $31 psf. The lawfirm was represented by Vlad Porter of VB Porter & Company and the land Lord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. The deal consisted of a generous concession package including a full build out and free rent.
