Global Advertising Strategies moved its offices from 55 John Street where they had just under 7,000 sf to 55 Broad Street where they leased the entire 19th Floor of 10,105 sf. Gene Baumstein represented the building owners, Rudin Management. Vlad Porter of VB Porter & Company represented Global which is an international advertising company that also has offices in Moscow. Global was forced to move due to its company’s expansion and the conversion of 55 John to residential. The asking rent at 55 Broad Street was $31 psf.
