CORPORATE MOVE

Wednesday, January 04, 2006 - Corporate Solutions Group, a boutique investment bank, is moving from from 55 John Street to the 11th floor of 61 Broadway where they signed a five year lease for over 2,500 sf with an asking rent of $32 a foot.. The company received a full build out and will move in March after work is completed. CSG had under 2,000 sf at 55 John Street which is scheduled for residential conversion sometime in 2006.
Daniel Blanco of Broad Street Development represented the building. Vlad Porter of VB Porter & Company represented CSG.
