55 Broad Street Hosts BizRadio

VB Porter & Company completed a 5 year lease for Frishberg, Jordan, Stewart & Kaleta Advisors Inc. at 55 Broad Street building, also known as The New York Information Technology Center. Frishberg will have their offices on the 20th floor and air their business radio show from the lobby studio. This transaction was an excellent fit for both sides, bringing life and activity to the Rudin building and allowing the Houston company to air Michael Norman's radio show from New York.
