Jeweler Rings Up Lease
Jaros Technologies & Services, a jewelry wholesale business, took 1,000 sf at 608 Fifth Avenue which had an asking rent of $53 psf for the ten-year ten-month deal. RFR Realty worked for itself while Vlad Porter of VB Porter & Company represented Jaros which has an office in Israel.
